Turns out Anna Wintour is as big a fan of Bridgerton as the rest of us are because a bunch of the show’s cast members just arrived at the 2022 Met Gala. Which, honestly, makes all kinds of sense since the theme is “Gilded Glamour,” aka an excuse for everyone to pretend they’re living in a period romance novel.

So, whomst from the cast made the invite list at the most coveted ball in the land? So far, season 2’s star Simone Ashley showed up looking legit stunning in a Moschino dress with a massive bow and some sparkly diamonds:

Meanwhile, Bridgerton season 1’s leading lady Phoebe Dynevor was spotted in a sheer lace gown by Louis Vuitton:

And Nicola Coughlan, aka Lady Whistledown herself, was seen arriving on the steps of the Met looking fully on theme and amazing. I mean, the feathers!

Oh, and Regé-Jean Page was seen on the carpet channeling his inner Duke of Hastings in blue velvet:

We’ve yet to see a group pic, but give everyone time! And while we’re here, if you are suddenly desperate for more Bridgerton and need to know everything that’s going to happen in the upcoming third season, head below. But quick teaser: The third Bridgerton book, An Offer From a Gentleman, is basically a Cinderella story (not to be confused with A Cinderella Story) and focuses on Benedict Bridgerton and Sophia Beckett—who he meets at a masquerade ball, naturally.

But in an interview with Entertainment Tonight, Shonda Rhimes implied that the show might deviate from the books, saying, “There’s eight Bridgerton siblings, so we’re planning on following each one of the siblings’ romantic stories. We’re not necessarily going in order but we are going to be seeing each of the siblings and their stories.”

Intriguing….
