For our inaugural Cosmo Sleepover event, we partnered with Ocean Casino Resort in Atlantic City, New Jersey, on a day and night filled with gifts, activities, spa time, new romance novels, uninterrupted reading time, and delicious food and drinks. It started with a mini road trip from Cosmopolitan HQ in New York City, featuring lots of snacks, merch, and exclusive first print copies of the upcoming Cosmo Reads novel How to Find Love in the Cereal Aisle by Alissa DeRogatis.
After checking into our rooms at Ocean and unboxing some more goodies, we headed to the resort’s Cosmopolitan suite, where incredible ocean views provided the perfect backdrop for a cozy brunch. Custom embroidery from Loop 306 meant everyone got personalized eye masks or robes (perfect for more uninterrupted reading time back home). And a Cosmopolitan x Ocean photo booth kept the fun vibes going.
It was then time to unwind at Exhale Spa + Bathhouse, where the pool and hot tub made us forget all about the cold outside.
Later, after getting all glammed up, we headed to Nola’s Bar & Lounge for a drink, then dinner at Amada, Ocean’s incredible Spanish Restaurant.
In between and afterward, we obviously had to check out more exclusive books, like our first Cosmo Reads thriller The Last Time We Drowned by Saratoga Schaefer, and a special secret title we haven’t even announced yet (look closely at the photos below for a peek)!
