Elizabeth Hurley is celebrating her birthday in the most iconic way possible: by posting a nude photo on Instagram. Which, for the record, was taken just this week.

"Happy birthday to me!" she wrote alongside a pic of her naked and sitting in a bunch of grass. "This year has already been a wild ride; my 30th year of working with the Estée Lauder Companies, my 30th year as the Global Ambassador of the @esteelaudercompanies Breast Cancer Campaign, the 20th anniversary of @elizabethhurleybeach and… I’m in love ♥️♥️♥️ Feeling very blessed and grateful for having the best friends & family in the world ♥️ pic taken this afternoon… in my birthday suit xxx."

He wasn't name-checked, but safe to assume the person Elizabeth is in love with is none other than Billy Ray Cyrus. These two went public with their romance back in April, when a source told Page Six, "She’s been waiting a long time for romance. I think she likes the whole cowboy thing. Liz’s friends think it must be a joke or madness, but they aren’t saying it to her."

The couple have been posting non-stop PDA pics, recently made their red carpet debut, and Elizabeth even opened up about how much she adores Billy at an event, saying, "I have to go back to England tomorrow, but Billy will come to England soon. We are very happy. We both love country music. We both love the country, and we both love our kids. We’re happy together."
