Danielle Melfi is the CEO of RESOLVE: The National Infertility and Family Building Association, the nation’s oldest and largest patient advocacy organization for the infertility and family building community. Prior to RESOLVE, Danielle served as the Chief People Officer at the White House, overseeing benefits for 2,000+ White House employees. She has advanced bipartisan policy changes at the state and federal level to support women and families, including reducing the cost of child care and prescription drugs. Danielle was motivated to freeze her eggs after Alabama’s Supreme Court temporarily blocked IVF access. She is dedicated to expanding access to all those hoping to build a family, including those facing infertility, LGBTQ+ families, and single parents by choice. Danielle lives in Washington, DC with her rescue dog, Jersey.
