Nikki Vargas

Nikki Vargas, originally from Colombia, is an author, speaker, and senior editor at Fodor's Travel based in New York City. She is the founding editor of Unearth Women, a women's travel magazine that has been featured in The New York Times, Good Morning America, Vogue Spain, CNN, and Travel + Leisure. Her first book, Wanderess, is a women's travel guide. Her most recent book, Call You When I Land, is a travel memoir. Previously, Nikki was the travel editor for The Infatuation, Atlas Obscura, and Culture Trip.
