Gather round, pop culture conspiracy theorists. The internet seems to think Travis Kelce and Taylor Swift are secretly married. Why, you ask? As you might have noticed, the couple attended a wedding over the weekend, and the photos were extremely cute:
But they were also (seemingly/maybe?) invited to the June 7 wedding of Cole Kmet and Emily Jarosz, and—per Us Weekly and E! News—event planner Ellie Nottoli revealed that they would have been seated at Table 13. And the names “Taylor and Travis Kelce” was used for their place card instead of “Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce,” which has naturally caused a mass frenzy.
However! One fan pointed out that it was likely an aesthetic choice, and another said, “The planner literally says this is not a real invite and it’s just for the video/designing process.”
Per Page Six, Ellie specifically said, “We all know Taylor and Travis were at a different wedding in Tennessee. But each guest had an envelope that was adhered to a beautiful backdrop, and Emily wrote love notes to all of her guests.”
So...seems like there’s no need to read that much into this invite! Though, for what it’s worth, Travis and Taylor are still going strong—and have been spending a ton of quality time together in Florida.
In fact, a source told Us Weekly earlier this month that Taylor “is trying to spend as much time with him as she can by going to Boca. They are doing stuff separately out of necessity because of his training, but when they find time to connect, it’s intentional and meaningful.”
Meanwhile another insider added, “Florida has been the perfect escape for them. Taylor has been coming and going to Florida and is still spending a lot of her time in NYC.”
