Fans got a big surprise in season 3 of XO, Kitty when Lana Condor’s Lara Jean Son-Covey finally made her return to the To All the Boys universe. Of course, we got to see Peter Kavinksy in season 2 and he gave us an update that showed that him and LJ were still going strong. As LJ reveals that things haven’t been smooth between them since Peter’s job is in California while she’s living her publishing dreams in NYC. We don’t entirely blame her, long distance relationships can be tough to deal with. However, this surely cannot be the end of this couple who gave us one of the best love stories ever. The good news is that communication works! While they still might be living thousands of miles of part, they are not letting the distance between them stop them from continuing their relationship. As LJ reveals, “Obviously there’s things we have to figure out, but we are gonna make it work. Love is worth the risk, right?”
