Currently: panicked and (im)patiently waiting for someone, ANYONE, in the Summer House cast to tell us what on earth is happening. In case you missed it (unlikely), there are escalating rumors that West Wilson and Amanda Batula have been secretly hooking up, which is W-I-L-D if true considering West’s history with Amanda’s best friend Ciara Miller.

While Ciara, West, and Amanda are staying silent at this point, DeuxMoi helpfully entered the chat with some tea about what this drama means for the future of Summer House.

Sources tell the celebrity gossip account “that the network is actively and swiftly exploring contingency plans behind the scenes, with multiple scenarios on the table depending on how this unfolds publicly and how fans react.”

Options include the “potential end of Summer House as we know it” as well as In the City depending on what happens with “fan blowback.” And so far, fans are simply not okay—with West and Amanda getting plenty of backlash despite these rumors still being unconfirmed.

As for the cast, DeuxMoi reports that tensions are “running high” and they’re “extremely upset.”

While no one’s actually said anything just yet, multiple cast members including Carl Radke, Lindsay Hubbard, and KJ Dillard posted reaction shots on their Instagram and seem to be just as baffled as everyone else (shoutout to @bravolovebaby_ for the screenshots!).

Meanwhile, this season’s reunion episode is allegedly being filmed in just a few weeks, and promises to be explosive to say the least!
