Unlike many other reality dating shows these days (please see: The Bachelor, Love Is Blind, The Ultimatum, etc.), Netflix’s latest dating experiment, Age of Attraction, doesn’t have a proposal as the end goal…but that doesn’t mean one doesn’t happen. And as it was not-so-subtly teased all season long (*spoiler alert*), Logan Goodrid ends up proposing to Vanessa Drozda during the Age of Attraction season 1 finale.
As you might recall, there is a teaser for the finale at the end of episode 7, which shows the final five couples having their Commitment Ceremonies and deciding whether they want to pursue their relationships. The scene shows Vanessa asking Logan, “Is this the part where you break up with me?” to which he replies, “I’m going to need the promise ring back.”
The reason: Logan of course exchanges that promise ring for an engagement ring. And the reason I wasn’t surprised by this was because Netflix fully showed Logan proposing to Vanessa at the end of episode 1 in the trailer for the rest of the season (as was captured in this Reddit thread).
In August 2025, almost two months after filming, Vanessa posted an Instagram dump from a trip to Dallas (where Logan is from), which included some pics of an unseen man who was almost certainly Logan…
…(which I say because he wore the same exact bracelet on the show)…
…and Vanessa later confirmed during an interview with Entertainment Tonight (which has since been made private)that they’re still going strong.
