The Vanity Fair Oscars Party brought all of Hollywood’s biggest stars out to play—including social media personality, Alix Earle. Of course, she looked nothing short of incredible as she pulled up in a sheer sequined red halter gown.
As the TikToker-turned-celeb made her way around the carpet, she seemingly made a dig at her rumored fling, Tom Brady. ICYMI, the pair has reportedly been exploring a “casual” connection since she split from Houston Texans athlete Braxton Berrios last December.
While talking to Entertainment Tonight, Alix was asked who she’d try to “sneak a selfie with” inside the coveted event.
“Honestly, no one. I’m just, like, maybe I'll get someone’s number or something? Maybe I could meet someone,” she said, which fans thought might be pointed toward Tom after he was spotted cozying up to another woman a few weeks prior.
The other girl in question? According to Page Six, Tom was seen with Scooter Braun’s ex-wife, Yael Cohen, at former NFL player Tony Gonzalez’s birthday party on February 27. Per the outlet, Tom and Yael were “huddled up at the bar together” before leaving the party—which was held at Lauren Sánchez and Jeff Bezos’ house—together.
As for Tom’s rumored connection with Alix, sources told Us Weekly on March 13 that they “have never been serious and their relationship has always been casual and ‘I’ll see you when I see you’ vibe.”
“She is doing her own thing and having fun, and is not worried about if Tom is seeing other people or the nature of their relationship,” the insider continued.
The pair never publicly confirmed whether they were dating, though Alix’s dad, TJ Earle, and stepmom, Ashley Dupré, joked about the rumors in a TikTok video back in January.
In the clip, Ashley showed off a jacket she took from TJ, who said, “I actually got that jacket because I saw Tom Brady wearing one like that.” She responded, “Are you serious? … You know what, honey, you just say the darnedest things. How ironic is that?”
It might be a reach to take Alix’s ET comments as a jab at Tom, but the timing of it all is a lil interesting, no?
