Harry Styles has left his house to promote his upcoming album, Kiss All the Time. Disco, Occasionally., in a rare interview with Brittany Broski for her YouTube talk show, Royal Court. (Side note: I’ve never felt more parasocial in my life as I cheer Brittany on for this iconic link-up.)
Of course, Lord Harry and Lady Brittany got a little unserious with their banter as they talked about everything from Harry’s house rules to how it felt taking time off after his historic Love On Tour in 2022. But a standout moment from their convo was Harry seemingly admitting that he’s got a profile on high-profile dating app, Raya.
Brittany asked the Grammy winner how he’s learned different languages over the years, saying, “In the vein of speaking multiple languages, you parlez Italiano?”
Harry, who perfectly pronounced Bad Bunny’s Spanish album title DeBÍ TiRAR MáS FOToS at the Grammys earlier this month, humbly replied, “Only a little bit.”
“Surely not, how do you keep it up?” Brittany quipped, to which he responded, “Mostly just talking with friends and I do a little bit of the app, too…Raya.”
Okay, so the “Aperture” singer’s Raya mention was most likely a punchline on his part, because chances are, the app he’s actually referring to is Duolingo.
“Just for like grammar and stuff, it’s good to be seen. Being immersed in it is so obviously the way to learn,” he clarified, adding, “I am very fortunate to have friends who are patient.”
Side note: Remember in 2022, when fans fully thought he name-dropped the app on his song, “Keep Driving,” as they misheard his lyric, “Riot America, science and edibles / Life hacks going viral in the bathroom”?
Anyway! While Harry never specified the timeline of his Raya usage (or if he actually uses the app at all), he’s recently made headlines for his romance with Zoë Kravitz.
According to a Page Six source, Zoë has been telling her friends that Harry is “her soulmate,” since their relationship “feels different” from those with her with exes, Karl Glusman and Channing Tatum. In September, another source echoed a similar sentiment to the outlet, saying that Harry and Zoë had “gone from 0 to 60” with their romance.
