Both Stefon Diggs and Cardi B may have made their way to Levi’s Stadium in Santa Clara, California, for Super Bowl Sunday, but that hasn’t stopped fans from side-eyeing the pair amid recent breakup rumors.
During Fanatics’ Super Bowl party on Saturday, February 7, Cardi raised some eyebrows when she gave a brief, dry response to a question about Stefon during an interview.
When SportsCenter asked the Grammy winner to drop an “inspiring message” for the athlete ahead of the game, Cardi simply said, “Good luck,” and walked off.
While Stefon and the New England Patriots played against the Seattle Seahawks, Cardi attended the game to make a surprise appearance and support her “I Like It” collaborator, Bad Bunny, during his historic Super Bowl halftime show.
The “Bodega Baddie” rapper was one of the stacked celebs who partied in his onstage casita. She joined Alix Earle, Jessica Alba, Pedro Pascal, Karol G, Young Miko, and David Grutman as they danced along to the Grammy winner’s reggaeton hit, “Yo Perreo Sola.”
Cardi also seemingly left the stadium before the game ended, as she posted a clip of herself listening to Bad Bunny in the back of her car on her Instagram Stories.
“First time I ever listen to @badbunnypr was this song…I was in love wit this verse…CONGRATS BAD BUNNY,” she captioned the clip.
Cardi and Stefon have reportedly unfollowed each other on social media, but she still seems supportive of him as she commented on his post-Super Bowl photo dump. She wrote his jersey number, “EIGHT,” alongside heart and bones emojis.
As Cardi gears up for her upcoming Little Miss Drama Tour, neither she nor Stefon, with whom she welcomed her youngest child last November, has clarified their relationship status.
