How could The Traitors get more iconic, you ask? An all-star season featuring the most legendary members of the cast, obviously. And it looks like Alan Cumming might deliver.
The Sun reports that "talks are underway" to bring back the most "buzzed about" players from the first four seasons, which will "raise the stakes."
So when can we expect the all-star season? Apparently casting for next season of The Traitors is currently underway and it'll be "normal," while the all-star season will come after that.
"Traitors production are actively casting for Season 5 and putting the finishing touches on that cast," a source says. "But they’re also already assembling an All-Star cast for the following year, Season 6, which will be the first time the show’s ever done that. They feel after 5 seasons, they will have plenty of big names to choose from to make the season the most intense and entertaining one yet. They want to keep the show fresh and exciting even for people who watch year after year. An all-star season heightens the stakes and adds an entirely new dynamic to the formula."
As for the cast, it's expected to include the ultimate list of both fan favorites and villains: Cirie Fields, Arie Luyendyk Jr., Phaedra Parks, Peter Weber, Parvati Shallow, Boston Rob Mariano, Bob the Drag Queen, Dylan Efron, Gabby Windey, Lisa Rinna, and Rob Rausch.
