And now eyewitnesses are speaking out about the alleged moment, with one person telling The Sun "It was a constant topic of conversation the following morning."
The Sun also claims Victoria "grinded" on Brooklyn, while another source tells them she was just "a tad tipsy and having fun" and yet another added "There was absolutely no malice there; quite the opposite. This has utterly broken her."
As for the footage, an insider confirms TMZ's report that Brooklyn and Nicola have the only copy of the video, saying "That was handed over to the couple days after the ceremony. It’s their call whether they release it."
