Then take a seat, we're here to talk about Netflix's new Agatha Christie adaptation—Agatha Christie's Seven Dials. Specifically the ending, because it was somewhat confusing. If you watched the show and remain slightly baffled (or you're on episode one and simply can't help but spoil yourself), here's what happens....

Jimmy and Loraine Are the Killers
Turns out Lorraine killed her half-brother, Gerry Wade, and Jimmy killed Ronnie—all in an attempt to steal Dr. Matip's invention. The invention in question? A metal formula that basically every country wants to get their hands on.
As for the seven clocks that mysteriously appeared on the mantle of Gerry's room after his death, Jimmy put them there to implicate the Seven Dials and distract Bundle. Mission accomplished!
Lady Caterham Was Behind It All
Jimmy and Lorraine carried out the formula theft and killings, but Lady Caterham was pulling the strings. Her motive? Grief and bitterness that her son was killed during the war, and—what else?—money. Unfortunately for Lady Caterham, Bundle figured everything out, held her own mom at gunpoint, and facilitated her arrest. Oh, and England got the formula.
The Seven Dials Were Actually Good Guys
And Superintendent Battle was their leader! Turns out he and the rest of the Seven Dials members had been secretly trying to secure England Dr. Matip's formula, and keep it out of enemy hands. Unclear why the Seven Dials also operated a club in their spare time, but hey, guess they had to make money somehow. That clock-themed furniture doesn't pay for itself.
Bundle's Dad Was in the Seven Dials
Surprise! Bundle's dad didn't die of the Spanish Flu overseas—he was the man we saw killed by a bull in the show's very first scene. Turns out Lord Caterham was on a mission to secure the formula's safety, and was murdered in the process.
The show ends with Bundle being offered her dad's spot in the Seven Dials, setting the stage for more potential mysteries to be solved in the future!
