Stranger Things may have officially ended on New Year's Day, but we still have one final chance to get even more Stranger Things access, as today Netflix releases their feature-length documentary on the creation of the final season—One Last Adventure: The Making of Stranger Things 5.

The new documentary from director Martina Radwan takes us behind the scenes of the new season and features exclusive chats with many of the many cast members including Millie Bobby Brown, Finn Wolfhard, and Natalia Dyer.

However, two people who were seemingly missing in action from the documentary interviews were David Harbour and Winona Ryder. So why were they missing?

The pair play the two lead "grown ups" on the show, with David playing Jim Hopper, the adoptive dad of Eleven and Winona as Joyce Byers, mom of Will and Jonathan.

However, despite their prominent roles in the series, the pair did not have time to feature in the documentary, according to the director Martina.

Martina sat down with Variety to discuss the new film and explained there simply wasn't enough time to speak with the pair about the end of the season. She said during the interview, "We just didn’t get the time. They were busy with other projects, and so we didn’t have the time to sit down."

The journalist then pointed out they filmed with MBB right after a nosebleed scene and pressed as to why they couldn't find time with Winona and David on set, to which Martina responded, "Unfortunately, with David and Winona, we couldn’t find the time. We tried."

So yes, don't expect to see any sit down interviews with David and Winona. However, there are still plenty of exciting revelations and insights from the rest of the cast and the series creators, Matt and Ross Duffer.

One Last Adventure: The Making of Stranger Things 5 is available on Netflix now.
