- Timothée Chalamet walked the 2026 Golden Globes red carpet without Kylie Jenner.
- A body language expert dropped some clues as to his "overall intent."
- Timmy was allegedly showing signs of humility and modesty during his carpet walk.
Timothée Chalamet won Best Actor at the Golden Globes last night, and walked the red carpet solo—despite Kylie Jenner being his date for the evening (FYI, he shouted her out in his speech!).
It's unclear why Kylie skipped the carpet, but body language expert Judi James says his vibes give a "clue as to his overall intent."
Judi tells the Daily Mail that Timmy was in a "low key" mood "with both his very plain black shapeless suit and his rather modest poses that gave a hint of a man determined to avoid any preening and peacocking and just look like an ordinary guy."
She adds that "He stood with his hands clasped behind his back and a slight forward lean to suggest a low ego or he clasped his hands in front of his torso with one hand holding one wrist, again in a gesture of low-key modesty."
Judi also notes that "He performed a praying hands gesture at one point to look humble" and that "Like many stars at the peak of their profession, he appeared to be avoiding the kind of attention-seeking showboating an actor on the way up might adopt. It's a counter-intuitive look where someone's greatness is defined by their performance of modesty."
Humility was key in Timmy's speech, when he said "My dad instilled in me a spirit of gratitude growing up. Always be grateful for what you have. It’s allowed me to leave this ceremony in the past empty-handed, my head held high, grateful to just be here, but I’d be lying if I didn’t say those moments didn’t make this moment that much sweeter."
