The newly engaged singer arrived in a floor-length sequined black gown, Tiffany & Co jewels, and massive Saint Laurent sunglasses, in true rock star fashion. Reminder that Miley recently got engaged to her boyfriend of four years Maxx Morando. She confirmed the news during a Good Morning America interview back in September, saying, Maxx got down on one knee and surprised her. “I am not easy to surprise because I love to control every situation, and I had completely surrendered. And I’m telling you, I was so, so, so surprised.”
She also noted that her personal life “perfectly aligned” with Avatar: Fire and Ash (she released a song for the soundtrack), saying, “People think of it as a film—its larger than life, its grand scale—but actually at the heart of Avatar, it’s really about relationships, love, having each other’s back, so it actually felt very aligned with my life.”
She added, “Me and Maxx have been together for four years and it’s very obvious the drastic amount of growth I’ve had in those four years,” the Grammy winner said. “You just want to dream the biggest you can and you want to have someone by your side that always tells you you can do it.”
