Meanwhile, cameras caught Kylie Jenner's reaction during the moment and she was seen mouthing "I'm so happy."

Just last week, Timmy won a Critics Choice Award and declared his love for Kylie in his speech, saying "Thank you to my partner for three years. Thank you for our foundation. I love you. I couldn’t do this without you. Thank you from the bottom of my heart." Kylie responded by mouthing "I love you" back.
