Jamie Campbell Bower is absolutely taking over our minds and, no, it has nothing to do with the Mind Flayer. After ending his incredible performance as Vecna/Henry Creel in the recent Stranger Things finale, we've been hoping to see him come back in a number of other fan-favorite roles. Luckily, Quinn is making all our wishes come true with their first official sequel in Quinn Originals history. That's right, Theo is back!

After the ending of The Trials left our hearts pounding and ready for more as Theo as he tried to battle his way to a spot on the Black Ravens, Quinn is bringing us back to the world as Theo and Jane head off on a retreat for the secret society.

"Set against a darker, colder season, the sequel finds Theo and Jane arriving at a lavish, secretive magical retreat for Jane’s long-awaited initiation into the Black Ravens. Everything’s going great until Gregory, their formidable adversary from the first series, reappears wearing the Black Ravens badge Theo refused," Quinn revealed. "As tensions escalate, the story builds toward a pivotal duel that exposes an unexpected side of Theo."

And we're not the only ones that have been thinking about the future of Theo and Jamie's story.

"Doing The Trials last time was such a joy," Jamie revealed to Cosmopolitan. "The reaction to it was so beyond our wildest expectations. So when I was asked to come back and continue this story, I really jumped at the opportunity. We left Theo and Jane in such a beautiful place, and it’s really nice that we can pick that back up again and carry on with their love rather than their rivalry."

He adds with a laugh, "And it’s definitely spicier than last time."

Jamie is absolutely not joking when he says that. In fact, you can check out an exclusive listen of the first episode above before its released on January 8 at 12 a.m. PT/3 a.m ET. And this is not just a one and done situation. Nope, there two episodes that will be released—one on January 15 and the second on January 22—so you better mark your calendars!

"Bringing Jamie and The Trials back felt like a no-brainer," says Caroline Spiegel, Founder and CEO of Quinn. "Listeners loved the first series, and Winter Solstice gave us the chance to explore the world and characters more—and I don’t want to say too much… but there’s more waiting for listeners than they might expect."

For Jamie, part of the fun is being a part of a brand and company that not only brings such incredible stories to life, but also put women in mind.

"Quinn being a female-first and female owned and operated is one of the main reasons I came here in the first place," he said. "It’s the thing I tell people first and foremost when I talk about this company. And it’s just cool. What else can you say? Like, let’s go."

While Quinn dropped their first duet original last year, The Trials: Winter Solstice is a return to the signature second-person style. Which also means that Jamie is back to being on his own in this story, unlike Stranger Things where he had many scene partners to bring the story to life.

"It’s quite a freeing experience, because you really have to let the story take you on the journey. These [Quinn Originals] are really, really well written, and within that, I find myself immersed in the story," Jamie told Cosmopolitan. "And if I find myself immersed in the story, hopefully the listener will feel the same way too."

Oh, we don't doubt that at all.

The Trials: Winter Solstice is available exclusively on Quinn starting on Thursday, January 8, 2026. Subscribe to Quinn to listen to more.
