Love Island USA season 7 may be behind us, but that doesn’t mean certain connections stayed at the villa in Fiji. Case in point: Iris Kendall and TJ Palma seemingly just hard-launched their rekindled relationship on Instagram. Not long after stepping out together for a show during New York Fashion Week, the two dropped this photo on IG...and if this isn’t a “we’re dating” announcement, then I don’t know what is!!

Rumors about a potential reconciliation first began earlier this month after an anonymous DeuxMoi tipster reporting a sighting.
“Just saw Iris and TJ in Tampa together at Whole Foods. Took a shitty video you can see him and then see the back side of her taking TJ’s picture with fans,” the submission, which was posted to DeuxMoi’s Instagram Stories on September 3, reads.
That wasn’t the first time the Islanders were spotted together outside the Villa, either. They were photographed hanging out upon their return to L.A. in July, where they reportedly “went on a walk and talk for about two hours before going into his place,” per TMZ.
At the time, Iris was still exploring her connection with Pepe Garcia-Gonzalez, as they were one of the final four couples on the Peacock reality series’ seventh season. After the Love Island USA reunion aired on August 25, Pepe revealed that he and Iris called it quits during a conversation with TMZ.
“We’re not together anymore, and that’s the way it goes,” he said after he denied cheating allegations. “It’s a tough thing when there’s a lot of eyes on you 24/7. It’s stressful. Being in the limelight isn’t always the best thing in the world.”
Iris then entered the chat via E! News, where she confirmed their split. “I had hoped to keep this private, but I’m so grateful for all of the love and support I’ve received since leaving the villa, and I wanted to share an update,” she said in a statement sent to the outlet.
She added, “The connection that I formed has ended, and while it isn’t how I would have imagined, I will always value the unique experience that we shared. It’s been a difficult transition, but I’m moving forward with hope, gratitude, and positivity for the future. Thank you for continuing to stand by me—your support means more than I can ever express.”
Neither Iris nor TJ has explicitly confirmed that they’re back together, but...it seems pretty clear to me!
