Bachelor in Paradise just wrapped up its dramatic tenth season, and if you're wondering whether the cast will be sitting down for a group interview around several couches, Bravo-style...kinda?
Turns out, the show instead aired a two-part reunion special via the Bachelor Happy Hour podcast called Bachelor in Paradise Unplugged, which was hosted by Wells Adams. The whole thing just dropped on YouTube, so give it a watch!
And if you would rather listen: Here are part one and part two of the reunion for your listening pleasure!
Wells confirmed the reunion soon after the season finale, revealing, "I'm just going to say it: On the third, which is Wednesday, I am hosting the BIP reunion show. I'm doing a podcast with iHeart with the entire cast, and then it's also going to be on YouTube."
He was also asked if the show will be live and said, "I don't know that yet. I'm not sure I was supposed to say that, but I signed a contract, so I don't really give a fuck, you know?!"
As for who to expect from the cast, ABC dropped details in an announcement:
"Host Wells Adams and cast members Dale Moss, Kat Izzo, Spencer Conley, Jess Edwards, Brian Autz, Parisa Shifteh, Bailey Brown, Jeremy Simon, Jonathon Johnson, Lea Cayanan, Kathy Swarts, Keith Gordon, Allyshia Gupta, Sean McLaughlin, Andrew Spencer and Alexe Godin as they look back at their Paradise journey and reveal where they are now."
Meanwhile, Reality Steve points out that two podcast eps + a YouTube video is a slightly strange format for a reunion, claiming, "This strictly is done so they can get more downloads on the Bachelor Happy Hour podcast."
He also mused, "Why did you do the finale this way? Why did you do the reunion show this way? What was the point? Why wouldn’t you just air it like a normal episode? Even if you have to tape it a few days in advance, why wouldn’t you air it?"
Something(s) to think about!
