In case you needed a healthy reminder that Justin Bieber and Hailey Bieber are still very much in love, the couple just went on a sweet date at Disneyland. According to a carousel of pics posted by the “Ghost” singer, the Biebers went to the beloved theme park over the weekend with friends, including Justin’s “Stay” collaborator The Kid LAROI and singer Eddie Benjamin.
The couple took on Main Street in matching Minnie and Mickey Mouse ears and went on rides like Space Mountain and Buzz Lightyear Astro Blasters. Per Us Weekly, it also looks like they dined at Disneyland’s Club 33, an exclusive private membership restaurant and bar that limits photography.
Hailey also shared a dimly lit selfie on her Instagram Stories, where she’s seen wearing her Minnie Mouse ears while holding a laser gun from the Toy Story ride. It doesn’t seem like Laroi’s girlfriend Tate McRae was in attendance for the outing, but she left some love for the group in a comment on Justin’s post, writing, “cutie patooties.”
Hours before he posted his Disneyland photo dump, Justin posted a lengthy cryptic message to his Instagram Stories.
“I was always told when I was a kid not to hate,” he wrote on a text post earlier in the day, with SZA’s “I Hate U” playing in the background. “But it made me feel like I wasn’t allowed to have it and so I didn’t tell anyone I’ve had it.”
He continued, “Which made me feel like like [sic] I have been drowning feeling unsafe to acknowledge it. I think we can only let hate go by first acknowledging it’s there. How couldn’t we feel hate from all of the hurt we have experienced?”
The message and Disney outing come after rumored reports that Justin is struggling in his marriage with Hailey. Last month, a source told TMZ that his mental and physical health is “exhausting and pitiful and shows that despite the obvious truth, people are committed to keeping negative, salacious, harmful narratives alive.”
The insider added that he’s focused on parenting his son, Jack Blues, with the Rhode founder and that this past year has been “very transformative for him as he ended several close friendships and business relationships that no longer served him.”
